Speaker summary: With a degree in Social Communication from PUC-Rio and a postgraduate degree from ESPM, he has worked at Eletrobras Eletronuclear since 2003, focusing on risk communication. Since 2007, he has worked with the GSI on communication for the nuclear emergency plan. He taught communication at the Military Firefighter School (2014-2018) and, since 2017, he has been Eletronuclear's institutional communication superintendent, leading crisis management during the pandemic.
